香港总办事处科技中心

香港总办事处科技中心 (「总办事处」) 设于高科技枢纽 — 香港科学园，毗邻主要供应商，并坐落在国际市场的门槛，享尽地利优势。总办事处包括管理层办公室、企业业务发展及传讯部门、集成电路设计及产品开发技术中心、品质及物流管理部、销售及市场、客户服务部、财务、人力资源、资讯技术及行政部。

Solomon Systech 晶门科技设有专门的实验室，配备了先进的仪器、研发与测试设备，足以涵盖集成电路设计、产品开发、产品质素检定以及测试开发，其中尤精于设计HV-SoC (高压系统芯片) 和 VLSI (超大规模集成电路)。

南京科技中心 （即Solomon Systech 晶门科技（中国）有限公司）
集团于2017年11月成立了南京科技中心 (“NJTC”)，即Solomon Systech 晶门科技 (中国) 有限公司。这是重要的战略布局，冀进一步扩大集团在国内的覆盖面；加强和主要客户的关系，并提升整体的技术创新能力，是未来扩展国内业务的重要里程碑。

NJTC落户南京江北新区，占据两个楼层，可容纳约200名员工，设有宽敞、设备齐全的研发实验室。NJTC具有业务发展、营销、IC研发的全面能力，可为国内和跨国客户提供包括IC设计、应用设计、软件设计、质量监察和物流服务。
 
深圳科技中心
深圳科技中心 (“SZTC”) (“SZTC”) 于2000年正式成立，冀有助集团在中国内地扩展业务及扩大投资。SZTC具有业务推广、IC设计、产品工程 、质量及制造、销售和产品应用等全面能力。

台湾科技中心
Solomon Systech 晶门科技于2017年1月于台湾新竹市成立了台湾科技中心 ("TWTC")，进一步加强了本集团在区内的覆盖。台湾科技中心邻近主要客户和合作伙伴，能充分善用当地科技专才以强化本集团的技术能耐，以及加速未来的创新步伐。

英国科技中心
本集团于2016年11月向Microchip Technology Incorporated 购入先进的移动触控技术资产及半导体产品后, 成立了英国科技中心 ("UKTC"), 以专注于开发及消售创新及高性能产品，尤其maXTouch®半导体产品。英国科技中心亦与区内其他业务及科技中心协同合作，致力开发新产品及推动业务增长。

韩国科技中心

Solomon Systech Limited is a leading semiconductor company providing display IC products and system solutions on an international basis under its own global brand. Adopting a "fabless" business model, the Group specializes in the design, development and sales of proprietary IC products that enable a wide range of display applications for smartphones, smart TVs and other smart devices including consumer electronics products, wearables, portable devices and industrial appliances.

Hong Kong Head Office Technology Center

The Group's Head Office Technology Center ("head office") is in ultra-modern premises at the Hong Kong Science Park, strategically sited near core suppliers and on the doorstep of the global market. The head office includes management offices, corporate development and communications department, technology center for IC design and product development, quality and logistics management department, sales and marketing team, customer services, finance, HR, IT, and office administration.

Solomon Systech has an in-house specialized laboratory equipped with advanced design, development and testing equipments that support complete IC design, product development, product qualification and test development of its specialized Mixed Mode High Voltage System-On-Chip (HV-SoC) and VLSI design capabilities.
 
The technology centre in Hong Kong collaborates closely with the technology center in Shenzhen in product R&D given the geographical proximity.    

Nanjing Technology Center (Solomon Systech (China) Limited)
The Group established the Nanjing Technology Center (“NJTC”), i.e. Solomon Systech (China) Limited, in November 2017 as a strategic step to further enhancing its presence and visibility in China, strengthening relationships with key customers, and also enhancing the overall technological capability to foster innovation. This marks an important milestone for its future expansion in China.

Located in Nanjing Jiangbei New District, the NJTC occupies two floors. It could hold up to 200 employees, with a spacious, well-equipped R&D lab. The NJTC has full-fledged capability from business development and marketing, IC design, research and product development, to providing on-site support including application design, software design, quality control and logistic services to local and transnational customers.

Shenzhen Technology Center
The Shenzhen Technology Center (SZTC) was established in 2000 with a view to expanding the Group's business and investment in China. SZTC has full-fledged product development capabilities including marketing, IC design, product engineering, quality and manufacturing, sales and field application.

Taiwan Technology Center
Solomon Systech further strengthens its presence in the region with the establishment of the Taiwan Technology Centre ("TWTC") in January 2017 in Hsinchu City of Taiwan. The TWTC is strategically located in close proximity to key customers and business partners. It aims to further enhance rapport with key customers and business partners, and also to utilize the local technical expertise to further strengthen technological capability and the pace of innovation of the Group.

UK Technology Center
Subsequent to the purchase of advanced mobile touch technology assets and semiconductor products from Microchip Technology Incorporated in November 2016, Solomon Systech established the UK Technology Centre ("UKTC") to focus on the R&D, and sales & marketing of the innovative and high-performance mobile touch products, in particular maXTouch® semiconductor products. The UKTC also collaborates closely with the other Solomon Systech business & technology centres in the region to develop new touch products and to drive business growth.

Korea Technology Center
Solomon Systech further strengthens its presence in the region and also enhances its technology capability with the establishment of the Korea Technology Centre ("KRTC") in April 2017.
